Spartans Summer Camp, Calgary July 2019

Athletes will be introduced to running, jumping and throwing in a fun and game-filled environment. Program designed by 2X Olympian and coach, Jessica Zelinka. Hockey Mill Camp

Providing the dryland training portion as a part of a 10 week Calgary spring Hockey Program, kids ages 7-11 years old. Developing overall athletic capabilities in a fun and challenging environment. Starting April 2019.

League, Fitness Class Provider

Available for corporate bookings through League, I lead fun and engaging “fitness” classes for all levels and ability from Qi Gong, to boot camp style, circuits, and even track and field team relays!
