Join me (Jessica Zelinka) and ex-pro golfer Andrew Parr, as we share and practice the essential skills for performance. This camp is designed for everyone who is interested in a playful approach to exploring more efficient training methods, while challenging old habits that may no longer serve us.
This is an opportunity to uncover and expose those barriers that have been limiting your performance in sport and in life.
We are here to help you cut through all the BS, providing the most effective and fundamental methods behind performing at your best.
This is NOT a track specific camp, it will cover skills for all sports and life.
