Day 1 of the heptathlon in Ottawa went ok, although I've decided to pull out and not start tomorrow. Focussing on staying healthy to prepare for Pan American Games and Wolrds this summer. Best of luck to athletes competing tomorrow and this weekend at our Canadian combined events Championships!
I’ll be competing in a heptathlon in Ottawa this Friday/Saturday! If you're in the area, it's great chance to come out and cheer on our Canadian athletes!

From Montreal back to Calgary; our next stop on our family adventure! #rio2016
Bad news...I sprained my ankle at my training camp while in Kansas with my coach (and now have to pull-out of my heptathlon competition at the end of the month in Austria). Good news... I'm "rolling" with the punches (on an @elliptigo)- Watch out!
A beautiful spring day this week in Toronto. With Olympic medalist (cycling) Curt Harnett who is also Team Canada's Chief de Mission for the Pan American Games this summer. We were at an event to help launch the Hudson's Bay Pan Am Game's gear!
Was in Toronto yesterday for a Team Canada and Hudson's Bay event to officially launch the 2015 Pan American gear. Canadian athletes and fans will be looking sharp this summer!!
Got tickets to watch the London Lightning basketball game last night, thanks to a hometown sponsor Zelinka Priamo Ltd (AKA my dad!). Great game, great show of support for the London Abused Women's Centre's "Shine the Light" Campaign.
The London Lightning prepared a surprise introduction for me on centre court, and the support from the London fans was absolutely overwhelming! Proud to call London my hometown!
